4.1 Our site uses a variety of third parties to facilitate and analyse our booking and advertising activities. At all time we remain the controller of the data and we do not sell any data to third parties.

CCTV

5.1 Our CCTV is owned and operated solely by Bowness Bay Suites.

5.2 We have security measures in place to protect this information and control access to it. Including use of encryption and two step verification methods.

5.3 This information is collected for security purposes and the safety of our customers.

5.4 The recordings are stored for the length of time legally required and may be extended if we suspect a crime.

5.5 CCTV is used only in public spaces.

5.6 Access to our CCTV is given to third parties when necessary to meet our legal requirements and for the safety of our customers.
